The Company has closed circuit television cameras on our premises and in our vehicles for security purposes, many recording audio, to ensure that evidence of any acts of violence, theft, inappropriate behaviour of criminal damage can be recorded.  The information collected by these cameras is monitored regularly by the Company. Images are securely stored and only a limited number of authorised people have access to them. We may provide copies to law enforcement agencies but will not otherwise provide images to third parties. We reserve the right to use any evidence obtained by CCTV images in any disciplinary issue. The information is stored for a maximum period of 3 months. 

From time to time HcL conducts surveys using online and paper questionnaires. We do this in order to develop new services and improve delivery of existing services. We will only use your personal information collected through this method for the above stated purposes.
